Rock & Roll City Studios is a place where musicians can practice twenty-four hours a day, and where they can network with other active musicians. The facility currently offers ninety-six (96) separate air-conditioned and secure studios which are available for rent to musicians, on a month basis.
Each studio at RRCS is equipped with its own security alarm and deadbolt lock. In addition, all of the studios contain sprinklers and the entire building is monitored by a state of the art CCTV security system.
The studios are made available for the exclusive purpose of music rehearsal. That is, the facility is not to be used for public performances, parties, social events or other such activities.
Further, in keeping with the letter of our occupancy permit, non-consistent uses of the studios, such as sleeping and/or cooking in the rooms, harboring pets or participating in illegal activities are expressly forbidden by management. Smoking is permitted in the individual studios, but not in the hallways or other public areas.
The success of RRCS over the past twenty-five (25) years has been based on the value that the musicians find in this unique facility which offers unparalleled amenities and opportunities for musical development.
